Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

This is the second time I have used Osterbrock. Both times I’ve ordered the Designer Choice Easel and it turns out absolutely gorgeous!!!! I will continue to choose this florist. So easy and friendly to work with!

I would give 6 stars if I could! Our Designer, Heather, was incredibly helpful during the ordering process. She understood immediately what we wanted, and said that fresh flowers had just come in which would make for a beautiful easel spray. She was friendly, kind, and empathetic about the loss of my brother. Not only did Heather design and produce the easel spray, she personally delivered it to the funeral home. From start to finish, she made it happen for us, and stayed in touch throughout the process. I received many compliments about the flowers. They brightened the funeral home. Heather helped us honor him by creating a beautiful environment. Coincidentally, they complemented the casket spray that my brother's family selected for him. It doesn't get any better than that (especially without previous coordination). I can't say enough about the exceptional service I received from Heather at Osterbrock Florist. She made a difficult task so much easier. I'll never forget what she did for us.

Anytime I need a floral arrangement I always call Osterbrock. They’ve been taking care of me for over 30 years and I will continue to use them until it’s no longer an option. Thank you Barb for always being there for me when I need you.
