This florist was AMAZING! My 70-year-old mother is in the hospital in Cincinnati which is 2 1/2 hours away from where I live and I wanted to find a local florist in that area to deliver flowers to her. Since I am not from that area I googled florist in Cincinnatti that delivered to the hospital where she is a patient. I looked through several nearby florist websites but I was surprised to find that there were a limited number of arrangements and that when I did like a certain arrangement there was an expected delivery date of 5-7 days later and I wanted a next-day delivery. Osterbrock Florist was the last website I looked at and I was amazed at the number of arrangements that were available! I found an arrangement that I knew my mother would love (the madly in love rose bouquet) as she loved roses and the price was very reasonable so I was able to upgrade it to the deluxe option. The flowers were to be delivered to her the next day. I was a little worried that the bouquet may not be as beautiful as the picture or that the "deluxe" option may not match what was described on the website. I was also worried that there would be a delay in the delivery date since it was ordered online. This especially worried me since I found that on other florist websites which claimed to have "next-day delivery" that when I clicked on the delivery date the "next day delivery" option was not available or only applied to certain arrangements. When I contacted my mother the next day to check to see if she had received her flowers, she had and the flowers were delivered in the morning and without incident. She could not stop saying how beautiful they were and that she LOVED them. The nurse on the floor took a picture of the flowers and sent it to me and the flower arrangement was everything I hoped it would be! The florist not only delivered on their promise of beautiful flowers but they arrived within the time frame specified when I placed the order. I am very grateful to the Osterbrock florist for helping me make my mother smile during this difficult time and I would recommend this florist to anyone who wants quality and honesty! -Dr. Wendi Dunham
