To: Osterbrock Florist Shop and assistant Pam The Serene Retreat planter was exactly what I had hope it would be. I was very pleased with the results of my requests for adding changes to your "Serene Retreat" planter. You added a spathiphyllum (or Peace plant) and deleted the green/white leafed plant that was not to my liking. The replaced plant blended much better with the changes I had requested. When speaking with Pam, she was very helpful in explaining pricing and options and was responsive to my changes. Because of the number of plants, I noticed they were placed in a different more classic container. When I entered the large funeral hall gathering room, I noticed an attractive arrangement in one corner. My sympathy note was there, so it was definitely the one I had ordered. I thought it looked most appropriate for such a sad event sitting atop a black marble-like stand. With the addition of the small red flowers, the black and red school colors were there as I had requested. Osterbrock Florist will be the first shop I call for future occasions needing a special floral arrangement. Gratefully, Gloria Metz
