The original arrangement that was delivered was not at all like what I ordered. I spoke to the owner and she was very apologetic and vowed to make this situation right. She bent over backwards to make sure that a beautiful replacement arrangement was sent out as promised. I highly recommend this florist. Wonderful work ethic.

Excellent service! When they delivered the flowers they found out that my recipient had moved. I had no idea they moved. They contacted me and then delivered to the new address at no extra charge. Very, very pleased.
