They changed the vase I order but that ok it was really nice and they forgot the bear I ordered but they brought it the next day and gave me the option for refund it was valentines day so pretty sure they were busy they returned my call/ text pretty fast overall happy with everything flowers were very nice the bear was alot bigger than I figured it would be will be a return customer thanks

I have ordered flowers a few times now for my grandmother as she lives near Osterbrock. The flowers have been beautiful each time and my grandmother loves them!
